We’re busy building our next vehicle.
Check out our progress, chronologically. We’ve been posting updates and photos as we build the buggy. We began with a tube chassis and some axels in 2024. Clayton’s built it almost entirely himself, with a few good friends’ help here and there. He knows every inch of the build.

- Stripping and Building AxlesStarted cutting all the factory suspension brackets off. Very time consuming but it saved some money. Got the one axle all cleaned and disassembled, sent it out for machining to make it my rear steer axle. Welding trusses onto axles, installing ARB lockers F&R with BIG 40 spline axles & 1550 u-joints.

This is the only photo I have of the truck when it was new from the dealer. It had 31″ tires, no p/s, open diffs w/IFS. Through the years I installed 4.88 gears, 33″ Tires and 4.5 transfer case gears from O’brian 4×4. I wheeled all over the northwest and Rubicon with it. The axles need to be cleaned up and stripped of all non-usable components. Chassis needs final welds and then, we start adding brackets for every single one of our components.
